CEEC International is hiring: Content Production Manager

CEEC International is seeking a Content Production Manager to help translate technical knowledge into practical, accessible and high-quality resources for the global minerals industry.

This new contract position will play an important role in strengthening CEEC’s Knowledge Resource Centre and supporting our mission to accelerate the adoption of eco-efficient practices in the production of minerals and metals.

CEEC works across the mining value chain to communicate trusted knowledge, collaborate with industry and research partners, and celebrate progress through initiatives such as the CEEC Medal. As our work continues to expand across areas including water, tailings, energy and emissions, and technology readiness, we are building our capacity to turn technical insight into useful resources that industry can understand, trust and apply.

About the role

The Content Production Manager will be responsible for converting CEEC’s technical material into a continuous pipeline of practical outputs for different audiences.

This may include technical briefs, executive summaries, white papers, case studies, industry articles, infographics, diagrams, flow sheets, videos, podcasts and other multimedia content.

A single technical source may be developed into multiple outputs. For example, a workshop report could become a flow sheet for technical practitioners, an executive summary for senior decision-makers, an infographic for broader engagement, and a short expert-led video for CEEC’s Resource Centre.

The role will work closely with CEEC’s Executive President, technical contributors, Advocates, project teams and Communications Officer. While the Communications Officer supports promotion and distribution through CEEC’s communications channels, the Content Production Manager will focus on creating, shaping and packaging the content.

Who we are looking for

This role would suit a senior content professional with experience translating technical, scientific or industry material into clear and credible outputs.

The successful candidate will have strong writing skills, hands-on design capability, and the ability to work with expert contributors to extract, shape and validate content. They will be comfortable producing material for both technical experts and senior decision-makers, balancing depth and rigour with clarity and accessibility.

Experience in mining, minerals processing, sustainability, energy, water or related fields would be highly regarded, but the key requirement is the ability to understand complex technical material and turn it into useful, publication-ready resources.
