CEEC expands global team to support growing initiatives and programs

CEEC International is pleased to announce three new additions to its global team: Andrea Nichiporuk, Maurizio Finucci and Silvia Sales.

The appointments come at an exciting time for CEEC, as its initiatives and broader program of work continue to expand. With generous support from the Grantham Foundation, CEEC is strengthening its capacity to coordinate industry collaboration, advance key projects and share knowledge across the global resources sector.

Based in Montreal, Canada, Andrea Nichiporuk joins CEEC as Content Production Manager. Andrea will support the development and delivery of high-quality content across CEEC’s initiatives, communications channels and expanding knowledge base.

Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, Maurizio Finucci has joined CEEC as Portfolio and Program Manager. He will support the coordination and delivery of CEEC’s growing portfolio of initiatives and projects, helping to strengthen connections across CEEC’s programs and maintain momentum as new areas of work develop.

Based in Santiago, Chile, Silvia Sales joins CEEC as LATAM Regional Communications and Engagement Consultant. Silvia will support CEEC’s communications and stakeholder engagement across Latin America, helping to strengthen regional relationships and increase participation in CEEC’s initiatives and activities.

CEEC Executive President Heather Ednie welcomed the appointments. “We’re delighted to welcome Andrea, Maurizio and Silvia to CEEC. Each brings valuable experience and capability that will help us deliver our expanding program and deepen our engagement with the global resources sector.”

“This is an exciting period of growth for CEEC. The generous support of the Grantham Foundation has enabled us to build the capacity needed to progress our initiatives and create more opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing and practical industry impact.”

With its strengthened global team, CEEC is well positioned to advance its work across energy and emissions, water, tailings and technology readiness, while continuing to connect industry, researchers and other stakeholders around shared challenges and opportunities.

As CEEC’s work continues to grow, the support of organisations committed to improving minerals efficiency will remain central to extending the reach and impact of these collaborative efforts.
