August 1, 2018 is the closing date for papers to be submitted for the 2019 SME Annual Conference. Organised by the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME), the
event is being held from 24-27 February 2019 in Denver, Colorado.
The conference theme is SMART Mining: Resources for a Connected World, however abstracts can be submitted on a range of topics and do not need to address this theme.
All accepted abstracts must be presented at the conference, and notifications of acceptance will be emailed by late-September.
