Celebrating the Retirement of CEEC Director and Past Chair, Michael Battersby
CEEC International is bidding a fond farewell to Michael Battersby, CEEC Director and Past Chair, as he retires from his role as a Director on the Board. With over 35 years of experience in the minerals sector, Mike's contributions and leadership has significantly advanced the mission of CEEC International.
Current Chair, Marc Allen shared his appreciation for Mike’s dedicated service, stating, "Mike has been an integral part of our team. His leadership and insights have been instrumental in advancing our mission to promote energy-efficient mineral processing. We will miss his guidance on the Board, but we are excited to see how he continues to contribute to our industry."
Executive President, Janine Herzig also expressed gratitude for Michael's contributions, saying, "Mike's dedication and vision have been invaluable to CEEC over many years. He has been a driving force behind our efforts to make the resources sector more efficient and sustainable. We thank him for his commitment, wish him the best for his future endeavours and look forward to his continuing involvement as a CEEC Advocate."
Mike’s retirement from the Board of Directors marks the end of an era in this role, but his lasting impact on CEEC International and the minerals sector will continue to shape its future.
